This policy explains what information the Real ISP website and mobile app collect, why, and how it is protected. It applies to customers, staff and visitors.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, address and your internet username, provided when your service is set up.
- Service information: your plan, subscription dates, payments and support tickets.
- Connection records: internet session times, duration, data used and IP address, needed to operate and bill the service.
- Payment references: transaction numbers you enter for Whish or OMT payments. We never receive or store your card or wallet passwords.
- Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to keep you signed in and the app working.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and bill your internet service.
- To show your usage, payments and support requests in the app.
- To answer support requests and send important service notices.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with payment providers you choose (Whish Money, OMT) to process payments, with service providers that host our systems under confidentiality, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own servers. Passwords are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access for staff is limited by permissions and recorded.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing information while you are a customer and as long as required by law afterwards. Connection records are kept only as long as needed for operation, billing and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can view your information in the app and ask us to correct or delete it, or to close your account, by contacting us below.
Children
Our service accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
